Our History

Over 70 years of representing building industry employers across the Free State.

Who We Are

Master Builders and Allied Trades Association (Free State), known as MBA FS, was founded in 1952. We are an employers' organisation registered under the Labour Relations Act, and we work to ensure that our members maintain a high reputation in building and construction standards across the Free State province.

MBA FS is affiliated with Master Builders South Africa (MBSA). This gives our members a voice at national level and access to resources across the full federation of registered employers' organisations that represent contractors and employers in the South African building industry.
